How to Order
Ordering is very simple. Take your time browsing through the website and making your choice.
Step 1: Once you have selected a product
Click on the "ADD TO CART" button next to the product. Don’t worry about changing your mind later. You can remove items from your cart by clicking on the delete (remove?) button next to the product name.
Step 2: When you have finished shopping
Review your purchase and when you are sure of your choices, click on "PROCEED TO CHECK-OUT", this will take you to a new screen where you can enter all the details necessary to receive your products.
Step 3: Select your payment method
You will be taken to a Paypal screen which will give you the choice of payment by Paypal account if you have one or by credit or debit card. This is a secure payment method and only Paypal has access to your credit/debit card details.
Returns Policies
I aim for complete customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with any of your purchases for any reason, please contact me by e-mail in the first instance and return the goods in the original packaging within 2 years of purchase for replacement, repair or refund.
Postal Charges
A fixed delivery charge (no matter how much you buy) will be added to your total which you will see at the checkout. I reserve the right to alter this charge in line with postal increases. Currently UK: £2.00 EU: £5.50 Rest of the world: £8.50 no matter how many pieces you buy. However, I try to keep it to a minimum and of course tutorials are delivered electronically so do not incur a postal charge. .
Delivery Times
Your order will be despatched by first class Royal Mail as soon as it is received. Tutorials are delivered electronically to your e-mail address immediately upon payment.
