Postage:
Postage and packaging is not included in the price of the item but we charge a flat fee regardless of how many items you buy.
£2.50 for UK orders
£4.50 for EU orders
£8.00 for the rest of the world
Items to the value of £30.00 and under will be sent by Royal Mail first class post (proof of postage will be obtained in every case).
Items above £30.00 will be sent by Royal Mail signed-for recorded.
All orders to the EU and the rest of the world will be sent by international signed-for.
Packaging:
Items will be put in a jewellery box containing wadding or a pad, the addition of bubble wrap may be necessary to ensure the item does not move around. The box lid is secured with a ribbon and a bow.
Delivery:
Items in stock: Items in stock will be despatched immediately on receipt of payment. We aim to deliver within 3 days for the UK and a week for everywhere else although remember Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays and may take longer during busy periods.
Bespoke jewellery: Delivery times will be agreed with the customer prior to accepting the order.
Returns:
We hope you will be delighted with your Martic jewellery piece and never want to part with it but in the unlikely event that you are not happy for any reason, we would ask you to e-mail first and tell us what the problem is and that you are returning it. It must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original and unworn condition in its original box and we will refund your money by the method of payment you used to pay for the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, earrings are not returnable due to EU hygiene regulations.
Prices:
We reserve the right to alter postage prices in line with Royal mail increases.
Stock:
New stock is added constantly so keep checking for the latest products, they will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
